RETURNS
Items shipped from this web site will be shipped within 3 business days. We do not issue refunds for confiscated or returned items from prisons/jails/corrections facilities.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS/NO CREDITS will be issued for returned item(s) that are damaged and not in original condition as shipped. Examples include: Damaged Cover, Bent Pages, Staples in Pages, Markings, Holes, etc.
MAGILLUSTRATED is not liable for customer error (I.e. inputting an incorrect shipping address, submitting orders with missing information ( name, ID number, etc..), sending restricted or inappropriate items to an inmate)
MAGILLUSTRATED is not responsible for minor damages to magazines incurred during shipping such as scrapes, bends, nicks, cuts, etc.. RETURNED items with a USPS deemed 'insufficient address' will be refunded minus a 50% re-stocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.
RE-SHIPMENTS We DO NOT re-ship orders for ANY reason. When our policy of pre-purchase verification with the facility is followed and the correct address information is provided, then there will be no reason to re-ship an order. If an error is made by MAGILLUSTRATED, we will refund in full for the error.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
All of Mag Illustrated's subscriptions come standard with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can cancel whenever you like & we will provide prorated refunds for all undelivered issues. (This does not apply for subscriptions going to correction facilities)
Inmate Orders
***PLEASE BE AWARE: Any orders placed for inmates are at the buyers’ risk. We cannot guarantee delivery of our publications to inmates due to the different REGULATIONS in each state/FACILITY respectively. Before placing orders we REQUIRE you TO contact the facility and see if the titles being ordered are acceptable. There are NO REFUNDS on orders placed.
*** SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
*You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
